A personal message to you both...
Hey guys! Wow what a day! Firstly I’d like to say a massive thank you to you both for trusting me to film your day. Eastwell Manor is an awesome place to get married and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of your day. Your first dance was incredible and it was to one of my favorite London Grammer songs too! And what can I say about your dad’s music video… nothing short of amazing! I hope these videos bring back the rollercoaster of emotions you both felt on the day.
Thank you again for being awesome! Feel free to share this link with family and friends.
Enjoy the married life and I hope we get to cross paths again in the future – maybe even at one of your friends weddings! Who knows!
Best wishes,
Mike
Protecting your investment
Before you dive straight into watching your films, make sure you download them first and protect your investment by keeping copies locally on your computer, removable storage (such as a USB key), and on some form of cloud storage. If you have an iPhone or Android smart device, which most of us do, you can upload these films to your iCloud, Google Drive or One Drive – but there are also other great alternatives out there that offer free or subscription-based online storage.
FAQ's
Tap/Click on the Cloud icon on the top right of the gallery frame to choose your films to download. If you are downloading to an Apple device, please refer to the FAQ below.
On iOS devices, you do need to jump through a couple of hoops to be able to save it to the camera roll on your iPhone/iPad.
Vidflow have written a useful article on this and it should be self-explanatory. Here is the link https://help.vidflow.co/article/36-downloads-on-mobile-devices
The “Original” downloads remain online for 1 year from the date of upload. The “Mobile-Friendly” versions remain online for up to 10 years according to the vendor.
We render our films in 4K resolution and very much designed to be watched on a 4K TV. With it being 4K, the filesizes are quite large and massively overkill for small screens on smart devices. This is why there is a “Mobile-Friendly” version available for each film which is very much designed for just that – to be stored on smart phones and tablets.
There are a few ways you can play your films onto your TV… Starting with the easiest…
PLAY OFF YOUR LAPTOP VIA HDMI
If you have an HDMI output on your laptop, you can plug it directly into a TV and you should be able to playback without any issues.
PLUG IN A USB STICK
Download your films onto a USB stick or any other compatible removable storage media that works with your TV. Sometimes you may need to format your USB stick to make it work with your TV.
VIDFLOW APP
Tap/Click on the TV icon on the top right-hand side of the gallery frame and follow the instructions on how to do this.
You will require a Smart TV or an Apple TV box / Amazon Fire Stick and access to the internet to make this work. You will be required to download the “Vidflow” app on the native App stores before you can view your films.
